PAYMENT OPTIONS: You may pay by Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We also accept Personal Checks and Money Orders. However we will wait until personal checks clear BEFORE filling those orders. Sales tax may apply.

SHIPPING and HANDLING: All items will be shipped within 2 days of receipt of order via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express (at our option, unless specified during checkout). The shipping charge is a flat rate (regardless of weight/size) of $5.95 per order for orders up to $99, and shipping is FREE for orders $99 and over. Allow 4-7 days for delivery, 2-3 days for Priority Mail from when it leaves our warehouse. We are NOT responsible for any delays in shipping caused by any shipping company, as it is beyond our control. Every package we ship has a tracking number that you will be provided via email. If you do not have an email address, you may call us to find your tracking number and check the status of a shipment. We are currently set up to allow shipping to US Destinations only. If you are interested in shipping items outside of the US, please call for international shipping rates and times.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS: If your product is damaged by shipping, you will need to notify us at once and we will arrange a pickup of the damaged merchandise and/or send a replacement. We canNOT accept returns of open items, unless the product itself is spoiled in some way or has expired. If you are returning an unopened item, we will NOT cover return shipping and the purchased item may incur a restocking fee. We will NOT accept returns beyond 30 days for any reason. Once we receive a returned item, you will be credited in the same form of the original payment or a replacement product will be sent (at our expense in cases where we are at fault).
PRIVACY POLICY: Your privacy is extremely important to us. We do NOT sell/rent/give/barter your personal information to anybody for any purpose, period. Your confidential information will ONLY be used to conduct business transactions (including promotions) with The Natural, Inc. Every promotional piece we provide will have contact information for you to remove your name and we will do our best to honor that request.
